This 1898 Victorian in Nob Hill is something to be cherished, after being relocated from its original site to its current location in the nineties. Unique details abound throughout the house, down to the ornate Victorian-era door hinges. Arciform respectfully remodeled an upstairs bathroom, using part of an adjacent closet to gain more space. The claw foot tub was reused and the original bead board was replaced to keep some of the home’s history alive. The second phase of remodeling was downstairs in the former back porch.
